Holiday Apartment “Unternberg”
The holiday apartment is 105 sqm in size and suitable for 4 persons (adults). These include the private entrance from the parking and the covered terrace, 2 spacious bedrooms (both with satellite TV) and a spacious bright living room (with satellite TV), a large dining table, a sitting area, a wardrobe and a sofa bed. There is also a Kitchen with a dining area, the bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and an additional guest toilet.
The holiday apartment can also be booked without living room as a family room (45 sqm) and suitable for 4 adults. These include 2 spacious bedrooms (both with satellite TV), Kitchen with dining area, bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Sonntagshornis is a family room with balcony and suitable for 4 persons, 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years). It has a separate master bedroom and a separate children’s bedroom, the ‘Biwackschachtel ‘.

The room price per night is from € 85.00 inclusive breakfast, tourist contribution** and Ruhpoldinger guest Card exclusive tourist tax*. For overnight stays shorter than 2 nights we charge a surcharge of € 20,00 per person.
* Tourist tax for persons up to 6 years = € 0,00, from 6 years to 16 years = € 1,70, from 16 years € 2,90 per person per day.

If cancelled to 2 weeks before arrival, no fee will be charged.
From 2 weeks before arrival will be charged at 80% of the price of the entire booking.
Canceling at the arrival day or not show up at all will bee charged with 100% of the Price of the entire booking
Bookings from 7 days up:
If cancelled to 3 weeks before arrival, no fee will be charged.
