Dogs are not allowed in our rooms, only exceptionally in our holiday apartment.
The traditional Berggasthof Butzn Wirt in Brand (1 km southwest of the Ruhpoldinger Familien-Freizeitparks) awaits you with its homely charisma in a dreamlike location. Nestled in a healthy, original and rural landscape at 850 m above the sea, surrounded by fruit trees, with a magnificent view of the mountains, a real insider’s tip.
History
The history of the Butz goes back to the 16th century. The first owners were Vincent and Dorothea Putz. At that time the court was under the dominion of the Salzburger Cathedral chapter.
In the 1950s it was converted into a Gasthaus (Inn).
To preserve the historical charisma of the old Court is a special concern to us.
Ecology
The Gasthaus is supplied with clean electricity, which is produced by an idyllic small hydroelectric power plant, which now has a reliable service for 80 years. Hot water and heating are produced with a heat pump.
